About

I am a Wayne resident, business executive, and community volunteer running for Wayne Township Council as a Democrat.

I have proudly called Wayne home for nearly a decade along with my wife Cathy, where we are raising our three daughters. Like many families, we chose Wayne for its strong sense of community, safe neighborhoods, and opportunities for families to build a bright future.

We are committed to ensuring Wayne continues to be a place where families can grow, succeed, and feel confident in their future.

Professionally, I am senior real estate executive responsible for overseeing complex development projects, managing large budgets, negotiating agreements, and guiding long-term planning initiatives.

My experience provides a practical, solutions-oriented perspective on how thoughtful planning and responsible decision-making can strengthen communities and create opportunity.

As an active resident and a member of Our Lady of Consolation Church, I strongly believe that communities are built through transparency, accountability, and leadership that listens to residents.

Focused on supporting local businesses, revitalizing vacant properties, encouraging smart and responsible development, and promoting fiscal stability that helps keep Wayne affordable for families. My philosophy is that local government works best when it is transparent, accountable, and committed to building confidence in the future of the community.

Top Priorities

1.  Vacant Storefronts and under utilized properties.

Create a strategic Economic Development Plan aligned with the Master Plan to fill empty spaces, attract new business' and turn missed opportunities into community assets.

2.  Safety & Infrastructure

Address traffic, bike lanes, Fire and EMS services, water main breaks, building a Wayne with safer streets and reliable infrastructure.

3.  Affordability & Cost of Living

Use hands-on budgeting experience to grow the commercial tax base and manage town finances in ways that ease the burden on families and help residents afford to stay.

4.  Transparent, Accountable Local Government

Bring a fresh perspective and solutions-focused leadership — moving past complaints to action, with a government that is open, responsive, and focused on the people it serves.
